Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Packed in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Note: We do not accept returns on items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at trimwoodofficial@gmail.com with your order number and issue details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll guide you through the replacement or refund process.
